Job Overview

The Enterprise Lending Manager will play a critical role in driving the growth and profitability of our business. This individual will be responsible for managing a team of lending professionals, developing and executing strategies to achieve sales targets, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Achieve contributed value targets set for the branch by leveraging expertise in product knowledge, market analysis, and competitor research.
  • Ensure sales volumes for multiple products meet targets while controlling delinquencies and frauds through effective underwriting diligence and risk management practices.
  • Provide superior customer experience by addressing service issues promptly, resolving collections efficiently, and delivering on pre-closure expectations.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need to have:

  • 7-8 years of experience in enterprise lending, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing teams.
  • Strong knowledge of secured and unsecured loan products, including their features, benefits, and risks.
