XIUS provides end-to-end infrastructure solutions, helping service providers across various industries deliver next-generation mobile services and improve customer loyalty, ultimately increasing revenues.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Regional Sales Manager - Cyber Security, located in Hyderabad. We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive growth in our Cybersecurity solutions portfolio . The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technology sales, a solid understanding of cybersecurity products and services, and the ability to build and maintain trusted relationships with clients and partners. This role involves developing sales strategies, managing a sales team, and achieving revenue targets in a competitive and fast-evolving market.QualificationsDevelop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve or exceed revenue goals for cybersecurity products and services.Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and relationship building with enterprise clients, government agencies, and channel partners.Collaborate with technical, marketing, and product teams to tailor solutions that meet client security needs.Manage the entire sales cycle , from lead generation and qualification to closing deals and post-sales support.Stay current on cybersecurity trends, emerging threats, and competitive products to effectively position offerings.Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and RFP responses to C-level executives and decision-makers.Track and report sales metrics, forecasts, and market insights to senior leadership.Strong understanding of cybersecurity solutions , such as network security, endpoint protection, SIEM, identity management, or cloud security.Experience selling cybersecurity services/solutions (MSSP, SOC, SIEM, UEBA, Threat Intelligence).Willingness to travel as required within India and SAARC region.Experience: Minimum 08 to 15 years Maximum can apply**
