Regional Sales Manager (REO-Hyderabad): Deputy General Manager/Joint General Manager

REO Business (Wire, Fan, Switches, BCP & Lighting)

  • Position Title & Grade: Regional Sales Manager (Deputy GM/Joint GM)
  • Location: Hyderabad
  • Territory to manage: Andhra Pradesh, Telangana & Karnataka
  • Position Reports to: National Head

JOB PURPOSE/MANDATE: Strong sales & business development background incumbent well versed with Channel Sales.

SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Define and implement account strategies to drive profitable growth for all Sales & Marketing activities in the Channel for REO Business (Wire, Fan, Switches, BCP & Lighting).
  • Driving sales through GTM.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand distribution network by driving sales growth in a specific region by setting and achieving sales targets, developing and executing strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Distributors Key Retail Outlets - Develop and implement promotional activities to increase sales and brand visibility.
  • Performance and reporting: Track sales results, analyze market trends and competition, and report on performance to senior management.
  • Plan and execute BTL activities to enhance market visibility.
  • Forecasting: Ensuring monthly stock planning & sales forecasting.

TECHNICAL SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • In-depth knowledge of market.
  • Good in Team handling.
  • Good Customer Connect.
  • Knowledge of Consumer Products.

FUNCTIONAL SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • Experience: 12-18 years of work experience in Sales & Marketing, preferably in similar industry
  • Education: Graduation. Post Gradution (desirable)
