Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Regional Sales Manager located in Hyderabad. The Regional Sales Manager will oversee sales operations in the assigned region, develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies, and build and maintain client relationships. Key responsibilities include establishing regional sales goals, monitoring market trends, identifying opportunities for growth, and training sales staff to meet targets. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to enhance business development efforts is also a crucial part of the role.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in regional sales management and developing sales strategies
  • Strong client relationship management, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Ability to analyze market trends, monitor competition, and identify growth opportunities
  • Experience in team leadership, sales training, and performance management
  • Proficiency in sales tools, CRM software, and reporting analytics
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is preferred
  • Experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry is a plus
