Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Regional Sales Manager based in Hyderabad. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing sales activities within the region, developing and implementing sales strategies, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. The individual will also be responsible for analyzing market trends, identifying new business opportunities, and providing excellent customer service. Additionally, the role involves coordinating with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of products and services.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales management and business development
  • Strong understanding of networking and appliance solutions including Wireless Solutions, Ethernet Switches, SD-WAN, SASE, SmartNIC, and AIoT
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies
  • Experience in managing and leading sales teams
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Experience in the technology or networking industry is a plus
