Job Title: Regional Sales Manager

Location: Hyderabad, Telangana

Experience: Minimum 4 Years (Field Sales Furniture / Interior Industry preferred)

Employment Type: Full-Time

CTC: Negotiable (Based on experience & performance)

Key Responsibilities

Lead and oversee regional sales operations to achieve business growth, revenue, and profitability targets across assigned territories.

Develop, implement, and monitor strategic sales plans to expand market presence in Retail, OEM, and Prime channels.

Plan, assign, and track daily sales activities of area sales managers and field executives, ensuring consistent coverage of dealers, distributors, and furniture manufacturers.

Identify and acquire new business partners including dealers, distributors, OEM clients, and key accounts to strengthen market penetration.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business, customer satisfaction, and brand loyalty.

Conduct product presentations, technical demonstrations, and commercial negotiations with major customers and institutional buyers.

Monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, and market developments, and share actionable insights with senior management.

Collaborate with operations, logistics, and accounts teams to ensure smooth order processing, dispatch, and payment collection.

Track and analyze sales data, generate regional performance reports, and present progress updates to management.

Represent the company at trade fairs, exhibitions, and promotional events to increase brand visibility and generate new business leads.

Recruit, train, and mentor sales executives or territory managers to build a strong and motivated regional sales team.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Minimum 4 years of proven field sales experience, preferably in the Edgeband, Laminates, MDF, Plywood, or Modular Furniture industry.

Strong understanding of Retail, OEM, and Prime sales structures and regional distribution networks.

Excellent communication, negotiation, leadership, and presentation skills.

Highly self-driven, disciplined, and target-oriented professional with the ability to manage multiple territories and teams.

Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and data-driven sales reporting.

Willingness to travel extensively across Bangalore and South India markets.

Own vehicle and valid driving license preferred
