Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Regional Sales Manager located in South District. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing sales teams, and achieving sales targets. The role involves building and maintaining client relationships, identifying market trends, and working closely with the marketing team to enhance brand presence. Daily tasks include monitoring performance metrics, conducting sales meetings, training sales staff, and ensuring compliance with company policies.

  • Experience in leading and managing sales teams.
  • Strong exposure in
    Tamil Nadu / Andhra Pradesh / Telangana
    markets
  • Local language proficiency

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work on-site, based in South District
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and sales performance tools
  • Relevant experience in the specific industry is a plus
