About the role:


As part of the Marketing team, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing innovative marketing strategies for our real estate business division, primarily focussing on our luxury villas, residences and plotted developments. You will play a pivotal role in elevating our brand presence, driving residential property sales, and establishing a strong market position through innovative channels. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of residential real estate, a flair for creative marketing, and a track record of successful sales campaigns.



What You Will Be Doing


  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for the real estate division that aligns with the company's overall goals and objectives.
  • Planning, designing and executing ATL/BTL campaigns to increase brand awareness.
  • Leverage digital marketing channels, including social media, online advertising, and email campaigns, to build brand awareness and engage with potential buyers.
  • Generate compelling and relevant content for various marketing channels, including website, social media, email campaigns, and print materials for both internal & external stakeholders.
  • Provide marketing support to external agency, ensuring they have the tools and materials needed for successful client interactions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency across all communication channels.



What You Bring To The Table


  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in brand marketing, preferably within the real estate industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships and foster engagement
  • Analytical skills to measure the impact of marketing efforts and adjust strategies accordingly
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
