One of our ventures, Tenacity, is an innovative community designed to celebrate sales and providing opportunities to engage with content, community, and commerce. We are seeking a dynamic Entrepreneur In Residence (EIR) who is passionate about building and subsequently leading our startup to success. You'll be responsible for taking the lead in driving business development, sales, networking and growing our community.

Role overview:


We are seeking a dynamic Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR) to join our team. The EIR will play a pivotal role in shaping and driving the entrepreneurial spirit within the Tenacity community. This is the perfect role for a seasoned entrepreneur or sales leader eager to embark on a thrilling entrepreneurial journey. If you're ready to go full throttle, roll up your sleeves, and immerse yourself in every facet of the business, then this opportunity is tailor-made for you


Key Responsibilities:


Sales and Business Development:

  • Identify and target potential clients and partners.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.


Public Speaking and Thought Leadership

  • Represent Tenacity at industry conferences, seminars, and events.
  • Deliver compelling presentations and talks that promote our mission and vision.


Event Planning and Management

  • Organize and oversee events, workshops, and seminars for the Tenacity community.
  • Ensure seamless execution of events, from concept to completion.
  • Engage with attendees and foster a collaborative environment.


Networking and Community Engagement

  • Leverage your industry networks and actively participate in sales/business development groups.
  • Identify and establish strategic partnerships with industry leaders, organizations, and influencers.


Requirements:

  • Strong background in sales, with significant experience in building and leading teams, with 6-8 years of experience ideally.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • Hands-on mentality, ready to "get your hands dirty" and engage deeply with all aspects of the business.
  • Strong passion for community building, networking and representing Tenacity at community events.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships with all stakeholders.
