AVP/VP - Entrepreneur In Residence/Associate Partner/Channel Partner

Title: AVP/VP/Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR) - Associate Partner - Channel Partner
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead the onboarding process for new business and franchise partners, with a focus on enhancing the partner network.
2. Strategically identify and engage potential partners to expand and strengthen the presence in the market.
3. Develop tailored onboarding strategies to effectively integrate partners into the ecosystem.
4. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure that the onboarding process is seamless and efficient.
5. Provide guidance and support to partners throughout the onboarding journey, addressing any concerns or challenges they may encounter.
6. Continuously evaluate and optimize the onboarding process to enhance partner satisfaction and retention.
7. Act as a brand ambassador, effectively communicating the value proposition to prospective partners during the onboarding process.
8. Track key performance metrics related to partner onboarding and network growth, and use data-driven insights to drive continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. MBA preferred.
2. Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in channel sales, partner management, or franchise operations.
3. Proven track record of successfully onboarding and managing business/franchise partners.
4. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
5. Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from data.
6. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
7. High level of organizational and multitasking skills.
