Partner & Channel Support Specialist

As a Partner & Channel Support Specialist at ARCON, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of our partners and channel stakeholders. You will provide ongoing support, address operational challenges, and facilitate smooth collaboration to drive mutual growth and success.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for partner inquiries, concerns, and escalations. Offer timely and effective support to address partner needs.
- Build strong relationships with channel stakeholders, including distributors, resellers, and system integrators. Understand their unique requirements and provide tailored support to enhance collaboration.
- Identify and address operational challenges within the partner and channel ecosystem. Collaborate with internal teams to implement solutions that improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Track and analyze partner performance metrics, including sales performance, customer satisfaction, and engagement levels. Provide insights and recommendations to optimize performance and drive results.
- Facilitate clear and open communication between ARCON and its partners. Coordinate activities, initiatives, and resources to ensure alignment and mutual success.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitive landscape, and industry developments. Share relevant insights with partners to help them capitalize on opportunities and navigate challenges.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with a proactive and customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Knowledge of CRM systems and partner/channel management tools is a plus.
