Key Responsibilities:Facility Management:Oversee the day-to-day operations of the facility, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and functionality.Manage service providers and vendors for maintenance, repairs, cleaning, and security.Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.Coordinate office space planning and layout changes as needed.Implement energy-saving strategies and sustainability initiatives.Cab Management:Manage and coordinate employee transportation services, ensuring timely pickups and drop-offs.Optimize cab routes to reduce costs and travel time.Maintain good relationships with cab service providers and negotiate service agreements.Ensure the safety and comfort of employees during transit.Track and manage transportation expenses, ensuring budget adherence.Vendor & Contract Management:Liaise with external vendors, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely service delivery.Ensure that contracts with suppliers are reviewed and renewed in a timely manner.Inventory & Supplies Management:Maintain stock of office supplies, consumables, and equipment.Oversee the procurement of furniture, equipment, and office essentials.Team Supervision:Lead and manage a team of support staff (e.g., facility management team, security personnel, drivers).Set clear performance expectations, monitor progress, and provide feedback.Cost Management & Reporting:Manage the administrative budget, ensuring cost efficiency in facility and cab services.Provide regular reports on facility conditions, transportation operations, and related expenses.
Qualifications:Education:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, facilities management, or a related field.Experience:Minimum of 5-7 years of experienceProven experience in vendor management and contract negotiations.Experience in managing a team of support staff.Skills:Strong organizational and multitasking skills.Excellent negotiation and vendor management abilities.Ability to manage budgets and optimize operational costs.Strong communication and leadership skills.Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in facility management.
