Office Administration Executive

**Responsibilities**:
- Oversee and ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of the office.
- Maintain a clean and organized office/factory environment.
- Coordinate with external service providers for office/factory maintenance and repairs.
- Ensure the pantry is well-stocked with necessary supplies.
- Monitor inventory levels and reorder supplies as needed.
- Manage vendor relationships for pantry supplies.
- Supervise security personnel and ensure the safety and security of the premises.
- Implement and maintain security procedures and protocols.
- Address security concerns and incidents promptly.
- Maintain an inventory of office assets and ensure they are in good working condition.
- Coordinate repairs and maintenance when necessary.
- Liaise with various vendors and suppliers for office-related services.
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and guests as needed.
- Ensure a welcoming and professional reception area.
- Coordinate meeting room reservations and set up.
- Assist in coordinating office/factory events and meetings.
**Qualifications**:
- bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in office administration or a similar role.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
**Working Conditions**:
- The role may require occasional overtime and flexibility in working hours.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
