**Job Title**:Administration Executive**
**Job Summary**:
The Administration Executive will be responsible for overseeing and supporting the day-to-day administrative operations of the company. This role involves ensuring smooth office functions, coordinating with various departments, and managing key administrative tasks to facilitate organizational efficiency.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
- Organize and maintain office common areas.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, including room reservations and preparation of meeting materials.
- Maintain filing systems and ensure confidentiality of documents.
- Liaise with vendors for office maintenance and services.
- Oversee the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring all administrative needs are met.
- Manage office equipment and IT-related requests.
- Assist with company events, training sessions, and other initiatives.
- **Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation for employees.**:
- Prepare and manage expense reports and other related documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree from any field.
- Proven experience in administrative roles.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

- Bachelor's (preferred)
