**Job Title**: Administration Executive **(Female)**:
- Performance Marketing Agency
**Location**: Remote, Mumbai
**Salary**: ₹15,000/month plus Performance Incentives
**Experience**: Minimum 1 year in Influencer Marketing, Performance Marketing Affiliate Marketing or Similar
**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Recruitment & Onboarding**:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires.
- Ensure all new employees are properly oriented and integrated into the team.
- **Staff Management**:
- Assign daily tasks to team members and ensure that all tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
- Monitor and evaluate employee performance, providing feedback and guidance as needed.
- Address any staff issues or concerns promptly and effectively.
- **Task Coordination**:
- Develop and manage daily work schedules for the team to ensure optimal productivity.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth workflow and effective communication.
- **Reporting & Communication**:
- Collect daily reports from team members and compile them into comprehensive progress reports for the CEO.
- Communicate any challenges, delays, or issues to the CEO, along with proposed solutions.
- **Administrative Support**:
- Handle general administrative duties such as managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and maintaining records.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documentation as required.
- **Performance Monitoring**:
- Track and analyze team performance metrics to identify areas of improvement.
- Provide regular updates to the CEO on the status of ongoing projects and campaigns.
**Qualifications**:
- **Experience**: At least 1 year of experience in Influencer Marketing or Performance Marketing.
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
**Skills**:
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- **Personality**: A proactive problem-solver with a keen eye for detail.
