Urgent opening for Administration and Stores Executive Navi Mumbai - Ghansoli Location.

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our growing electronics manufacturing company in [City, India]. As our Administration and Stores Executive, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and warehouse.

**Responsibilities**:

- Administration:

- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the office manager and other departments.
- Manage office supplies inventory, ordering new supplies as needed.
- Schedule meetings and appointments, ensuring timely communication with all attendees.
- Maintain accurate filing systems (physical and digital) for all administrative documents.
- Answer phones and greet visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
- Manage company calendar and travel arrangements (if applicable).
- Stores:

- Oversee the receiving, storage, and issuing of electronic components and raw materials.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using a computerized inventory management system.
- Conduct periodic stock verifications and reconcile discrepancies.
- Liaise with purchasing department to ensure timely procurement of materials.
- Manage warehouse organization and implement efficient storage practices.
- Additional Responsibilities:

- Assist with various administrative tasks as assigned.
- Stay informed of company policies and procedures.
- Maintain a positive and professional work environment.

Qualifications:

- Diploma in Business Administration, Secretarial Practice, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative or stores role.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills (written and verbal).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Knowledge of inventory management principles (preferred).
- Experience in the electronics manufacturing industry (a plus).
