Job Title: Secretarial & Legal Executive

Key Responsibilities:


  • Complete all assigned tasks efficiently and promptly, ensuring high-quality output.
  • Proactively update and manage entries in the project management tool to reflect current status of tasks.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed time sheets and work notes, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date and accessible.
  • Strictly adhere to the firm's operational and client communication Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Uphold a high degree of professionalism and integrity when dealing with clients, ensuring all interactions are conducted respectfully and effectively.
  • Address client inquiries promptly and escalate complex issues to the appropriate senior staff when necessary.
  • Actively seek mentoring and support from team leaders to enhance skills and performance.
  • Participate in training sessions and workshops to stay updated with the latest industry practices and standards.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and effective completion of projects.
  • Contribute to team meetings and project planning sessions, providing insightful feedback and suggestions.


Qualifications:


  • CS Executive / Professional Passed students
  • Bachelor’s degree in Law, Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience in a corporate or legal environment is preferred but not required.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to handle client communications delicately and professionally.
