Key Responsibilities:
- Provide multi-channel customer support for Navi's products, ensuring privacy and professionalism.- Educate customers about Navi's products and services.- Identify and escalate priority issues to Team Leaders/SMEs and relevant stakeholders.- Achieve agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Objectives.- Adhere to internal policies, procedures, and processes, collaborating effectively with the team for seamless support.
Desired skills & Experience:
- 1+ year of customer support experience with proficiency in English and Hindi; additional fluency in regional languages is advantageous- Familiarity with CRM and Inbound/Chat/Email tools.- Flexible availability for rotational rosters, including weekends and evenings.- Ability to provide extended support during business requirements and meet SLAs.- Comfortable working across different channels such as Chat, Inbound Calls, and Email.
