Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Manager - International Business at Everest Food Products Pvt Ltd in Mumbai. The candidate will be responsible for the managing worldwide sales & distribution operation of the brand. some of the key responsibilities are as follows:

International Market Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies for global markets, conducting research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities and market trends.

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients, ensuring high satisfaction and loyalty.

Market Expansion: Explore new regions and distribution channels, attending trade shows and networking events to promote the brand and secure new business.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with production, logistics, and marketing teams to ensure smooth operations and fulfilment, and develop targeted campaigns for international markets.

Compliance and Documentation: Ensure adherence to international trade regulations, customs, and food safety standards, managing export documentation in compliance with legal requirements.

Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular performance reports, analyse sales data, and refine strategies to identify opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications

- Sales Management, Business Development, and Relationship Management skills- Strong negotiation and communication abilities- Experience in international sales and market expansion- Knowledge of export regulations and market trends- Strategic planning and analytical skills- Ability to work independently and in a team- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field- Fluency in multiple languages is a plus- Minimum 8 years of experience in FMCG industry
