**About the Role:**
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Head to join our growing event management company. In this key role, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and client prospecting.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
* Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations.
* Negotiate contracts and close deals.
* Oversee the entire sales cycle from lead generation to contract signing.
* Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
* Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
* Achieve and exceed revenue targets.
* Manage a team of sales professionals (if applicable).
**Qualifications:**
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
* 7+ years of experience in business development or sales within the event management industry.
* Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
* Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Proficient in CRM and other sales-related software.
