**Job Description:** We are a dynamic company operating in the realty sector and are seeking a Head of Business Development to lead our business development efforts. As a Head of Business Development, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive growth and expansion.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and expand the customer base.
  • Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and provide training and coaching as needed.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute marketing campaigns to promote products and services.
  • Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and challenges.
  • Ensure seamless integration of supply and demand by working closely with the corporate sales team.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Supply Sales, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • Proven track record with at least 5 years of successful experience in onboarding CAT A builders and developers.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Estimated Salary:** ₹45,00,000 - ₹60,00,000 per annum (Negotiable)
