**Job Title:** Head of Business Development
We are looking for a seasoned Head of Business Development to drive business growth at Destar Consulting Private Limited in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales leadership and a deep understanding of the market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement business development strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Analyze market trends, identify new opportunities, and establish growth plans.
- Lead, motivate, and manage the business development team to achieve individual and team targets.
- Build and nurture relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Explore and penetrate new markets to expand the company's customer base.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 20+ years of experience in sales leadership, preferably in service industry.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Salary: ₹70 Lakhs - ₹1.1 Crores per annum
