Role & responsibilities
Oversee the operations of the Restaurant.
Hold regular briefings and meetings with members of the F&B Staff
Train new and current F & B team to a high level of guest service.
Implementation of all SOPs, polices, procedures and service standards.
Handling Guest complaints and feedback.
Analyse guest feedback and make necessary changes to improve guest satisfaction.
Manage on-going profitability of hotel, ensuring revenue and guest satisfaction targets are met and exceeded.
Deliver Restaurant budget goals and set other short and long term strategic goals for the Restaurant.
Ensure that monthly financial outlooks for Food & Beverage on target and accurate.
Provide effective leadership to F & B team members.
Lead in all aspects of business planning.
Corporate guest handling and take part in new guest acquisition along with the sales team whenever required.
Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food preparation, monitor food presentation, and address any issues or concerns related to food quality or Guest satisfaction.
Oversee all cash transactions, manage financial processes, and maintain accurate records of sales, expenses, and inventory.
Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the restaurant, including dining areas, restrooms, and kitchen facilities, to create a safe and welcoming environment for both staff and guests.
Preferred candidate profile
- Sales and growth mindset
- Friendly demeanour, approachable and polished
- Adhering to high quality of service (know what the guest wants before they ask attitude)
- Candidate with experience in fine dining / casual dining spaces
- Well spoken with fluency in English, Kannada and Hindi
- Total work experience in F&B Service of 7+ years with leadership role experience of 3+ years
- Willing to take initiative and develop new areas of the restaurant
- Adept at training and development of F&B Staff
- Team player
