Brand Partnerships/ Sales Specialist

We are on a hunt for an energetic, smart, and ambitious Sales Associate who will be responsible for end-to-end sales from generating quality leads to onboarding the brand. A strategic thinker who can learn quickly and be able to perform in terms of business development & revenue.
Responsibilities
- Finding the right brand leads by extensive market research and networking. Defines, outlines, and executes the lead generation programs to deliver expected lead quality conversions. Build strong working relationships with the clients & brands to better understand and address opportunities for growth in sales.
- Creating impressive strategies for various brands and inculcating those strategies in the sales pitch.
- Engaging with the brands through cold calling and setting up in-person meetings to discuss the requirements and execution of influencer marketing campaigns.
- Achieving monthly targets by generating optimum revenue for the company. Closely monitor & prepare data/report on a regular basis for qualified opportunities, existing campaigns, outreach, brief conversation as well as nurturing the leads/pipeline at the early stage of conversion.
- Provide continuous feedback to cross functional teams regarding areas for potential improvement in business or operations to improve client relationships.
- Build a strong sales pipeline - responsible for forecasting and detailed pipeline management for exceeding sales, new customer acquisition, customer satisfaction, pricing and yield goals.
Desired qualification & key skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Business Development, or related field
- 0- 1 year of demonstrated success in performing a business development/sales representative function with ex cellent digital sales acumen within an influencer Marketing Agency or Media Industry.
- Excellent analytical, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with a customer-focused mindset to respond quickly to customer needs.
- Demonstrated success in meeting revenue goals and building effective relationships.
- Experience using a suite of Microsoft Office Products including PowerPoint & CRM tools.
- Ability to excel in a highly competitive environment and adaptability to a rapidly evolving media landscape
- Ability to multi-task with strong time, project management skills and financial business acumen skills
