We are recruiting for a new position for one of its ventures:

Ecomnia.com is more than a shopper acquisition platform. It’s a complete reimagination of the ecommerce ecosystem. Ecomnia uses data, machine learning, and predictive analytics to forge a new landscape where advertisers have an advantage with the customer acquisition funnel. But it doesn’t stop there. Responsibilities


  • Identify and build strategic partnerships with brand and network partners on a global scale.
  • Continuously expanding Gekko’s brands and networks count in the marketplace.
  • Manage the day-to-day brand inquiry and be the liaison between our brand partners and the operation team.
  • Optimize top performing campaigns, nurture relationships with key partners, provide ongoing support and take ownership of providing ad-hoc reporting and marketing collateral.
  • Negotiate commission rates, present tenancy fee opportunities for additional exposures and obtain exclusive promotional terms.
  • Travel as necessary to industry events.


What are we looking for?


  • 3+ years of experience as an account manager or business development associate either with the publisher, agency or network.
  • Knowledge of and experience working with global affiliate networks such as AWIN, Impact, TradeDoubler, Partnerize, Rakuten, etc.
  • Experience with performance marketing agencies such as Acceleration Partners, Gen3 Marketing, Silverbean, MediaCom and others.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a focus on negotiations and closing deals.
  • Proficient in Excel/Sheet, including pivot tables, v-lookups, and formulas like sum, average, and customizing reports.
  • Comfortable in a startup environment and take ownership to drive tasks to completion.
  • Completion of the free PXA Certifications: Affiliate and Partnerships Industry Training for Partners - Associate & Expert Certifications


Preferences will be given to candidates who have

  • Proven record of delivering results across the above segments.
  • An existing book of business and/or experience building partnerships with brands in the US and EU markets.
  • Strong communication skills in English.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoys bringing order to chaos.
