We are looking for a dynamicperson to join our HR –Recruitment team. As an HR Recruiter atSAPDSTechnologies,you will play a crucial role in attracting and selecting top talentto join our organization. You will beresponsible for sourcing, screening,interviewing, and presenting qualified candidates to the hiringmanagers. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience inrecruitment, a strong understanding of HR processes, excellentcommunication skills, and a passion foridentifyingindividuals who can thrive in our companyculture.

KeyResponsibilities:

1. TalentSourcing:

  • Utilize varioussourcing methods, including job boards, social media platforms,professional networks, and referrals, toidentifypotential candidates.

  • Collaborate with the HR team todevelop effective recruitment strategies fordifferentroles.

2. Screening andInterviewing:

  • Conduct initialscreening of resumes and applications to shortlist qualifiedcandidates.

  • Schedule and conduct interviewswith candidates, both in-person and through virtualchannels.

  • Evaluate candidates'qualifications, skills, and cultural fit, while ensuring a positivecandidate experience.

3. CandidateAssessment:

  • Administerpre-employment assessments, tests, or assignments asrequired forspecific positions.

  • Assist incoordinatingadditionalassessments or interviews with relevant departmentheads.

4. Applicant TrackingSystem(ATS):

  • Update andmaintain the ATSwith accuratecandidate information, interview notes, and hiring statusupdates.

  • Generate reports on recruitmentmetrics to measure and improve the effectiveness of the hiringprocess.

5. EmployerBranding:

  • Contribute to employerbranding initiatives to enhance the company's reputation as anemployer of choice.

  • Participate in job fairs,networking events, and other recruitment activities to attractpotential candidates.

6. Onboarding andOrientation:

  • Collaborate with the HRteam to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires, providingthem with necessary information and support during theirtransition.

7. Compliance andPolicies:

  • Stay informed aboutlabor laws, regulations, and best practices to ensure recruitmentprocesses align with legal requirements and companypolicies.
