Overview:
TheTechnical Recruiter plays a crucial role in identifying attractingand hiring top technical talent. They are instrumental in buildinga highquality team that drives the companys innovation andsuccess.
KeyResponsibilities:
  • Developand execute recruiting plans.
  • Source potentialcandidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms andprofessional networks).
  • Screen and interviewcandidates to assess their technical skills experience andfit.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers tounderstand job requirements and ensure a smooth recruitmentprocess.
  • Build and maintain a network ofpotential candidates through proactive market research and ongoingrelationship management.
  • Utilize varioussourcing techniques including job boards social media and employeereferrals to identify and attract toptalent.
  • Attend job fairs and other recruitingevents to network and generate leads.
  • Advisehiring managers on best practices for efficient and effectiverecruitment processes.
  • Manage the offer processincluding negotiating offers and influencing candidatesdecisions.
  • Participate in employer brandingactivities to enhance the companys reputation as an employer ofchoice.
  • Participate in the development andimplementation of recruitment strategies andprograms.
  • Track and analyze recruitment data toidentify trends and areas forimprovement.
  • Ensure compliance with allapplicable laws and regulations related torecruitment.

RequiredQualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in IT Human Resources Business Administration or relatedfield.
  • Proven experience as a technicalrecruiter or similar role.
  • Understanding oftechnology roles skills andterminology.
  • Familiarity with relevant sourcingtools and techniques.
  • Strong knowledge ofemployment law and regulations.
  • Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills.
  • Abilityto manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced dynamicenvironment.
  • Exceptional organizational andtime management abilities.
  • Proven track recordof meeting and exceeding recruitmenttargets.
  • High level of professionalism andconfidentiality.
  • Experience with applicanttracking systems and HRdatabases.
  • Certification in recruiting orsourcing (e.g. AIRS LinkedIn Certified Professional Recruiter etc.)is a plus.
  • Proactive and resultsorientedmindset.
  • Strong decisionmaking andproblemsolving skills.
  • Ability to adapt to newtechnologies and changing marketconditions.
