• Collaborate withhiring managers to understand IT staffingneeds.
• Develop and execute recruitmentstrategies to attract top ITprofessionals.
• Source potential candidatesthrough online channels social media and professionalnetworks.
• Evaluate resumes and applications toprescreen candidates.
• Conduct interviews andassess candidates relevant knowledge skills soft skills andexperience.
• Coordinate technical interviewswith the hiring team.
• Prepare and presentshortlists of qualified candidates to hiringmanagers.
• Facilitate the offer processincluding negotiating salary andbenefits.
• Build and maintain a network ofpotential candidates through proactive market research and ongoingrelationship management.
• Stay abreast ofindustry trends and employment legislation to ensurecompliance.

RequiredQualifications:

• Bachelors degree inHuman Resources Business Administration or relatedfield.
• Proven work experience as an ITRecruiter or similar role in the ITindustry.
• Demonstrated expertise in technicalrecruitment methods and bestpractices.
• Experience with applicant trackingsystems and HR databases.
• Solid understandingof IT roles skills andtechnologies.
• Exceptional communication andinterpersonal skills.
• Strong decisionmaking andnegotiation abilities.
• Ability to managemultiple open positions and prioritizeeffectively.
• Knowledge of employment law andregulations.
• Industry certification such as PHRSHRMCP or CIR is aplus.
