  • Negotiating offers andfacilitating the hiring process
  • Ensuringcompliance with relevant employment laws andregulations
  • Building and managing relationshipswith external recruitmentagencies
RequiredQualifications:
  • Proven experience asa recruiter or in a similar role
  • Strongunderstanding of recruitment processes andtechniques
  • Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multipletasks and prioritize effectively
  • Proficiency inusing recruitment software and social media forrecruiting
  • Familiarity with relevant employmentlaws and regulations
  • High degree ofprofessionalism and confidentiality
  • Strongnegotiation and influencing skills
  • Ability towork independently and manage timeeffectively
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resourcesor relevantfield
