  • Screen and assesscandidates skills experience and cultural fit for specificroles.
  • Manage the endtoend recruitment processfrom initial outreach to offernegotiation.
  • Build and maintain a network ofpotential candidates through proactive market research and ongoingrelationship management.
  • Collaborate withhiring managers to understand position requirements and developeffective recruitment strategies.
  • Conduct phonevideo and inperson interviews to evaluate candidatesqualifications.
  • Manage candidate pipelines andprovide regular status updates tostakeholders.
  • Stay updated on recruitment bestpractices industry trends and legalrequirements.
  • Utilize applicant trackingsystems (ATS) to manage candidate information and hiringprocesses.
  • Participate in employer brandinginitiatives to attract toptalent.
RequiredQualifications
  • Bachelors degree inHuman Resources Business Administration or relatedfield.
  • Proven experience as a recruiter or in asimilar talent acquisition role.
  • Demonstratedsuccess in sourcing and placing candidates for variouspositions.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitmenttechniques and best practices.
  • Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills.
  • Abilityto multitask and prioritize in a fastpacedenvironment.
  • Proficiency in using recruitmenttools and platforms.
  • Highly organized anddetailoriented.
  • Ability to work independentlyand manage own workloadeffectively.
  • Understanding of employment lawsand regulations.
  • Strong negotiation andinfluencing skills.
  • Experience with employerbranding and recruitment marketing is aplus.
  • Professional certification in HR orrecruitment is preferred.
  • Flexibility to adaptto changing business needs andpriorities.
  • Proactive and resultsdrivenmindset.
