The role of a Business Development Manager - Channel Partner, would involve channel partner acquisition and account management in the designated zone by building a strong network of real estate brokers in an allocated area and developing partnerships with them.

Key Responsibilities :

- Regular visits to the channel partners, new and old, to build a strong influence over the network.- Ensure a continuous flow of customer databases and leads through the help of your channel partners.- Ensure the highest level of quality in leads: A high-quality lead can be defined as an Experience Centre Visit or Site Visit for each Customer Lead shared by the Channel Partner.- Coordinating with cross-functional departments to ensure channel partner satisfaction.- Follow up with internal team members to ensure that appropriate action has been taken on customer requests.- Ensuring engagement of channel partners through trust, communication, and service offerings of the company Maintaining the brand image of the company by appropriate code of conduct

External Skills And Expertise

- Minimum a Graduation or Similar Qualification.- 1 to 2 years of experience in working with Real Estate Channel Partners is mandatory.- Good working knowledge of real estate brokers and their businesses.- Great sales skills with a knack for connecting with the Channel Partners and End Customers.- A two-wheeler with a valid license.- Conversant in English and Hindi or the regional language.- A highly motivated individual who is target-driven.- Flexible with work timings/ schedule and availability.
