Role & responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing effective sales strategies
- Set-up the policy guidelines for referral business
- Drive nationwide sales team members to achieve sales targets by providing oversight for building referral systems including – beat plan, partner identification productivity management.
- Establish productive and professional relationships with all key regional team and cross functional team
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts.
- Monitor and analyse performance metrics and suggest improvements.
- Training of Sales Team – selling / domain/ new practices
- Draw suitable Sales incentive plans
- Support supply of Sales aid and marketing material to the team
- Provide timely and effective Sales operations support to the teams across
- Stay up to date with market information/ competition tracking
- Have complete understanding of related commercials and processing of payout as applicable.
- Support and provide guidance on all tech development related matters of the channel
- Carry out Sales operations function
- Drive central initiatives on matters related to retail Sales/Partnership channel
- Create Report for decision support and Leadership update
- Own and drive referral revenue from AVIP business
Requirements and skills
- Proven work experience as a national sales program manager
- Experience managing a high- performance sales team
- Functional Knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Abreast with using Sales productivity tools
- An ability to understand and analyze sales performance metrics. Analytical skills with a problem-solving attitude
- Strong communication and team management skills
- Availability to travel as needed
Education& experience:
- Min 10 years of experience in Sales / Sales Program management at national level
- MBA from good B school
- Preferably from Pharma company
