Key Account Manager

About the Company - Driven by the Mission "Propelling Technology, Prospering Life" Jyoti was incorporated in 1989 and today it is one of the largest CNC machine manufacturers of the Nation. Since inception, the company has grown manifold from manufacturing gear boxes for machines to developing precision all-geared head lathe machines. Later on Jyoti has identified shift from conventional machines to highly sophisticated CNC machines.
About the Role - The ideal candidate is a passionate, self-motivated, and detail-oriented team player who is committed to the success of our customers. You will focus on growing and developing existing clients, as well as generating new business by identifying, implementing and executing new strategies.
Responsibilities
- Operate as the primary point of contact for key account stakeholders
- Develop strong relationship with customer stakeholders and internal partners
- Reach out to customers to understand their organization and needs
- Maintain regular customer connections to explore and secure new opportunities cross-selling and up-selling initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for successful project implementation
- Ensure account health and maintain a established processes for order execution and meet customer delivery expectations
- Consistently update CRM and maintain timely reporting of relevant data
- Update and analyze customer data regularly
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical
- 3 to 7 years' of relevant work experience
- Fluency in Regional Language
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- CNC Machine Tool experience (preferred)
- Experience of handling major corporates (preferred)
Pay range and compensation package - Best in class compensation will be offered based on exposure and potential demonstrated during interview.
