Key Account Manager

This is a full-time on-site role for a Key Account Manager located in Bangalore.
The Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing key accounts and developing relationships with clients
to ensure their satisfaction.
Other responsibilities include developing and implementing business plans, providing excellent customer service, and performing analysis to identify opportunities for growth.
Key Account Manager Responsibilities:
Developing and sustaining solid relationships with key clients that bring in the most income for the company.
Addressing and resolving key clients’ complaints.
Acting as the main point of contact between key clients and internal teams.
Communicating and collaborating with all internal Departments to ensure that key clients’ needs are met.
Compiling reports on account progress, goals, and forecasts for internal teams and stakeholders.
Developing a thorough understanding of key clients' needs and requirements and preparing customized solutions.
Negotiating contracts with key clients and meeting established deadlines for the fulfilment of each client's long-term goals.
Manage client input and feedback for all projects with detailed direction and timelines
Establish and build strong working relationships with business leaders at all levels
Manage day-to-day client communication and ongoing relationships as it relates to current, new and upcoming projects
Retention of key clients
Skills Required:-
Technical Graduate.
Project sales background is preferred.
Proven experience in key account management.
The ability to build rapport with key clients.
The ability to handle multiple client accounts.
Strong negotiation and leadership skills.
Exceptional customer service skills.
Excellent communication skills.
Should be ok for customer visit PAN India
