Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Key Account Manager to join our team at Zolo. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our key accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving business growth.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in key account management or sales
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Proficient in CRM software and MS Office
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key customers
- Understand the needs and requirements of key accounts
- Identify new business opportunities and upsell products or services to existing clients
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Manage a portfolio of key accounts and meet or exceed sales targets
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to key clients
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with key accounts
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competition
- Provide regular reports and updates to the management team
