Key Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in account management, staffing/recruitment, or sales.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build long-term client relationships.
- Excellent negotiation, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with staffing trends, tools, and best practices.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
- Understand client requirements thoroughly and translate them into actionable staffing solutions.
- Proactively identify client needs and propose tailored solutions to address them.
Revenue Generation:
- Develop and implement strategies to expand accounts and maximize revenue potential.
- Upsell and cross-sell staffing services to existing clients.
Collaboration & Delivery:
- Work closely with recruitment teams to ensure timely delivery of quality profiles aligned with client expectations.
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment cycle for assigned accounts, ensuring SLA adherence.
Account Strategy & Planning:
- Create account growth plans and regularly review progress with leadership.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
Communication & Reporting:
- Maintain regular client communication and share periodic updates on recruitment progress.
- Generate and present detailed account performance reports to stakeholders.
