Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Growth Lead - Performance Marketing at Eight in Bengaluru. The role involves overseeing and implementing performance marketing strategies to drive user acquisition and retention. Responsibilities include optimizing campaigns, analyzing data, and collaborating with cross-functional teams for successful campaign execution.

What You’ll Do

  • Craft and execute robust paid growth strategies on Meta, Google, and other platforms to spike customer growth
  • Analyze data and refine campaigns for optimal performance and stellar ROI
  • Collaborate with creative teams, merging data-driven insights with innovative executions
  • Stay at the forefront of digital trends to keep our strategies top of the charts

Who We're Looking For

  • Brings at least 3 years of performance marketing track record of making mobile apps fly off the digital shelves
  • A data nerd with creative flair, ready to test, tweak, and triumph
  • Deep Product Understanding
  • Agile and adaptive, thriving in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
  • A proactive owner, committed to elevating projects and results
