Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders, including local government bodies, business partners, and customers to foster partnerships and business opportunities. Conduct market research to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities in last mile mobility, and leverage insights to guide strategic decisions. Lead and mentor a team of dealer sales professionals, setting clear goals and managing the overall growth for the dealership Oversee promotional activities, marketing campaigns, and participation in industry events to increase brand visibility and product awareness. Monitor and report on sales performance data, providing accurate forecasts and adjustments to strategies as necessary. ExperienceMinimum of 3 years’ experience in sales, marketing, or business development, with a proven track record in the automotive or EV sector.Industry PreferredAutomotiveQualificationsBachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.General Requirements Strong leadership skills and experience managing sales teams. In-depth understanding of the EV market, customer preferences, and regulatory environment in urban settings. Excellent analytical, organizational, and decision-making skills.
