Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive growth strategies to drive business expansion, revenue growth, and market share
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and prioritise growth initiatives and develop implementation plans
  • Evaluate and assess potential partnerships, acquisitions, or strategic alliances to support growth objectives
  • Identify and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness and success of growth initiatives
  • Work closely with product teams to identify product enhancements or new product development opportunities that align with growth objectives
  • Monitor and evaluate industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes to proactively identify potential risks or opportunities
  • Prepare and present growth strategy plans, progress reports, and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders
  • Prior knowledge of handling the marketplace will be an added advantage
  • Utilize A/B testing and experimentation to optimize conversion rates and user experience

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • 2+ years of experience in business administration, D2C Ecommerce Growth and strategic planning
  • MBA / Bachelor's degree from premium Tier 1 college preferred
  • Knowledge of e-commerce, digital marketing, and technology trends is a must
  • Excellent understanding of business operations and procedures
  • Proficiency in analyzing and interpreting data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively articulate complex ideas and build stakeholder relationships
  • Highly conversant with Google sheets and Google Presentations
