Assistant Manager, Growth

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive growth strategies to drive business expansion, revenue growth, and market share
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and prioritise growth initiatives and develop implementation plans
- Evaluate and assess potential partnerships, acquisitions, or strategic alliances to support growth objectives
- Identify and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness and success of growth initiatives
- Work closely with product teams to identify product enhancements or new product development opportunities that align with growth objectives
- Monitor and evaluate industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes to proactively identify potential risks or opportunities
- Prepare and present growth strategy plans, progress reports, and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders
- Prior knowledge of handling the marketplace will be an added advantage
- Utilize A/B testing and experimentation to optimize conversion rates and user experience
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- 2+ years of experience in business administration, D2C Ecommerce Growth and strategic planning
- MBA / Bachelor's degree from premium Tier 1 college preferred
- Knowledge of e-commerce, digital marketing, and technology trends is a must
- Excellent understanding of business operations and procedures
- Proficiency in analyzing and interpreting data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively articulate complex ideas and build stakeholder relationships
- Highly conversant with Google sheets and Google Presentations
