Role Overview:
We are seeking an innovative and results-driven Growth Marketing Manager professional to spearhead our strategic marketing and business development initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in driving demand generation, expanding into new markets, and accelerating revenue growth. This pivotal role will shape the future trajectory of Leucine by developing and executing comprehensive growth strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Demand Generation: Lead the creation and implementation of demand generation campaigns to attract, engage, and convert target audiences. Develop strategies to optimize lead generation, nurture prospects, and enhance customer acquisition.
Strategic Planning: Formulate and execute business strategies that align with Leucine's long-term goals. Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics to inform strategic decision-making.
Business Development: Drive initiatives to identify and secure new business opportunities, including partnerships and strategic alliances. Cultivate relationships with key industry stakeholders to support growth objectives.
Revenue Growth: Optimize sales funnels, improve customer acquisition and retention, and expand revenue streams.
Market Expansion: Identify and prioritize new market opportunities. Develop market entry strategies and oversee the execution of market expansion plans.
Product Strategy: Partner with product management and development teams to align product offerings with market demands. Provide strategic insights on product innovation and roadmaps.
Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze marketing and business performance metrics. Provide regular reports and actionable insights to the executive team, identifying areas for optimization and growth.
Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing Demand Generation & Growth team. Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree from a Tier 1 institution.
3-5 years of experience in demand generation, marketing, business development, or a similar role.
Demonstrated success in developing and executing demand generation strategies that drive growth.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and develop actionable insights.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
Proven leadership experience with the ability to build and manage high-performing teams.
Highly motivated, results-oriented, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
