Role Description:
- Performance Optimization : Use analytics to track, analyze, and optimize campaigns for maximum growth and ROI.
- Growth Strategy : Apply first-principles thinking and structured problem-solving to design
and implement innovative growth strategies that drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Cross-functional Leadership : Align with Product, Content, and Marketing teams to drive cohesive growth initiatives and optimize the user journey.
- Experimentation : Lead A/B testing and performance experiments to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.
- Agility in High Growth : Thrive in a fast-paced startup environment, adapting strategies based on real-time data.
Must-Have Skills:
- Data-Driven Thinking : Strong ability to leverage data for decision-making and performance management.
- Problem Solving : Ability to identify challenges and implement impactful, results-driven solutions.
- Strategic Mindset : Clear, structured thinking to solve problems and achieve measurable growth.
- Performance Marketing : Experience with paid campaigns on Meta platforms (Facebook/Instagram), driving user growth.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree from a Tier-1 institute (MBA preferred).
- 2-3 years in a growth performance marketing roles.
- Strong understanding of digital media, tech startups, and the creative industry.
- Proven ability to manage resources, time, and stakeholders in fast-moving environments.
