Roles and Responsibilities: Develop and execute comprehensive growth strategies to drive business expansion, revenue growth, and market share Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and prioritise growth initiatives and develop implementation plans Evaluate and assess potential partnerships, acquisitions, or strategic alliances to support growth objectives Identify and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness and success of growth initiatives Work closely with product teams to identify product enhancements or new product development opportunities that align with growth objectives Monitor and evaluate industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes to proactively identify potential risks or opportunities Prepare and present growth strategy plans, progress reports, and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders Prior knowledge of handling the marketplace will be an added advantage Utilize A/B testing and experimentation to optimize conversion rates and user experience Preferred Candidate Profile: 2+ years of experience in business administration, D2 C Ecommerce Growth and strategic planning MBA / Bachelor's degree from premium Tier 1 college preferred Knowledge of e-commerce, digital marketing, and technology trends is a must Excellent understanding of business operations and procedures Proficiency in analyzing and interpreting data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively articulate complex ideas and build stakeholder relationships Highly conversant with Google sheets and Google Presentations
