Join us and skyrocket your career Position: Growth Manager About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Growth Manager to lead our Sales and Marketing initiatives across global markets, targeted regions would be APAC, UK, and US regions. The primary focus will be driving market expansion, customer acquisition, and revenue growth in Ecommerce and Ed Tech, particularly in online course sales. As the Growth Manager, you will play a pivotal role in strategizing and executing campaigns to boost market share and establish strong footholds in international markets. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the company’s growth objectives are met while delivering outstanding value to our customers. Key Roles & Responsibilities: Market Expansion & Strategy: Develop and execute strategies to expand market share in the APAC, UK, and US regions. Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities within the Ecommerce and Ed Tech industries. Conduct market research to identify key trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. Sales & Revenue Growth: Drive online course sales and other revenue-generating products in target markets. Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline to meet and exceed sales targets. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and customers. Marketing Management: Work closely with the marketing team to design and implement marketing campaigns tailored to global audiences. Leverage digital marketing channels, including paid media, content marketing, email campaigns, and partnerships, to drive customer engagement and lead generation. Optimize marketing efforts to increase conversion rates, improve customer retention, and enhance lifetime value (LTV). Team Collaboration: Coordinate with product, marketing, and sales teams to ensure alignment on market strategies and goals. Provide insights and feedback on customer needs and product improvements to internal teams.   Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred). 6 -15 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Growth roles, with a proven track record in Ecommerce or Ed Tech sectors. Experience in international markets like (APAC, UK, US) is a plus. Strong understanding of online course sales and digital products. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance metrics and optimize accordingly. Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
