JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Business Development Executive to join
our team. The ideal candidate will excel in identifying, qualifying, and closing new business
opportunities through a consultative approach. This individual will drive sales growth, foster strong
client relationships, and work collaboratively to achieve organizational goals.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
● Achieve and exceed sales targets consistently.
● Proactively make calls to cold and warm leads to generate opportunities.
● Build new business and expand relationships with existing customers.
● Report and present inside sales updates and progress to relevant stakeholders.
● Manage email and telephonic communication with prospective clients effectively.
● Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of products, industry trends, and competitive
landscape.
● Establish rapport and nurture long-term relationships with customers.
● Collaborate with the Sales and Digital Marketing teams to plan and execute campaigns.
● Leverage data to inform decisions and influence others persuasively.
KEY SKILLS:
● 2–5 years of proven sales and management experience , with a successful track record of
meeting or exceeding quotas.
● Prior experience in sales within the ed-tech industry is mandatory.
● Expertise in selling tech programs such as Data Science, Full Stack Development, and
Software Development.
● Proficiency in using CRM systems to track and manage sales activities.
● Professional fluency in English and Hindi is required; knowledge of additional regional
languages is preferred.
● Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
● A highly driven, self-motivated individual with a passion for learning and a career in sales.
