**CTC**: Salary range is 25-35k CTC for BDE and 40-50k CTC for Senior BDE's per month
**WORK-DAYS**:Monday to Saturday
**WORK-TIMINGS**:9:30 AM - 6:30 PM

**SKILLS REQUIRED**:SALES, COMMUNICATION SKILLS, WILLING TO WORK IN A TARGET BASED ENVIRONMENT
**ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Convert leads to enrolments and meet monthly targets on a consistent basis and meet KPIs.
Responsible for the end-to-end enrolment process, which includes Admission fee collections, finance offers, and EMI collections as per payment terms, along with relevant proofs.
Understand student needs / requirements and pitch a suitable program.
Counselling, Interacting with students and Parents.
Provide students, parents, and guardians with information regarding admissions requirements and processes, enrolment process or other procedures.
