As a Sales Representative specializing in student counseling and selling EdTech products, you will be responsible for guiding students towards the best educational solutions to meet their needs. You will play a key role in promoting and selling our range of EdTech products and services. This position is a unique blend of educational counseling and sales, requiring excellent interpersonal skills, product knowledge, and a passion for helping students succeed.
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Student Counseling**: Provide personalized guidance and counseling to students, understanding their educational goals, and recommending suitable EdTech products and services.
2. **Sales**: Conduct sales presentations, demonstrations, and follow-ups to convert leads into customers. Achieve and exceed sales targets
3. **Product Knowledge**: Develop a deep understanding of our EdTech products and services to effectively communicate their benefits to potential customers.
4. **Customer Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with students and educational institutions to foster trust and loyalty.
5. **Market Research**: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and student needs to tailor recommendations effectively.
6. **Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of student interactions, sales, and follow-up activities in the CRM system.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (Sales, Marketing, etc.).
- Previous experience in sales or student counseling is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong presentation and negotiation abilities.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
- Passion for education and technology.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using CRM software is an advantage.
