Job Description Establishing growth metrics & defining KPI’s to track progress Developing and executing growth strategies Create and execute deliverables that help inform the ideal experiences for users. This could include items such as website audits, web analytics reviews, user journeys analysis. Designing campaigns that improve business performance by understanding Google analytics & business data. Analyze campaign outcomes in detail, drawing insights and presenting results clearly to facilitate sound decision making and next steps. Online leads to qualified lead (End-to-End) conversion rates improvement through channels such as Whatsapp, chatbot, email, or IVR. Manage and optimize landing pages, website calls-to-action (CTAs), and lead-generating forms. Experience influencing and communicating product offers to customers, prospects, and sales professionals. Develop a content strategy to acquire more marketing qualified leads by creating, designing, and testing content. Identifying & implementing marketing technology stack Job Requirement Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Knowledge about Digital Marketing, Google & Meta Campaigns Expert in using Google Analytics data for  (Google Analytics 4  is a plus) Data-driven mindset with proficiency in marketing analytics tools. Knowledge and hands-on experience with popular marketing automation and sales automation systems, particularly Salesforce.com Critical-thinker and problem-solver Self-motivated and driven with a willingness to learn and constantly expand knowledge and skills
