Product Growth Manager will drive the success and growth of our product offerings by developing and executing effective product marketing strategies, defining outcome-based user journeys, running experiments to improve acquisition, engagement and free user’s retention, while also collaborating cross-functionally to achieve key business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
User Acquisition, Engagement and Retention:
Drive user acquisition and define their user journeys through various organic channels such as website, SEO-based content pages, App experience, providing the sales team with a steady flow of activated and enagaged leads.
Improving conversion rates at different stages of the user journey, create more effective sales funnels via product, ensuring that leads move seamlessly through the sales process.
Analyse and track data of user behaviour via Heatmaps & Behaviour Analytics Tools to refine journeys for sustained growth.
Develop and execute comprehensive product marketing strategies to drive product awareness, adoption, and user engagement.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Collaborate closely with product management, engineering, and marketing teams to align product development with market needs.
Work with sales and customer support teams to ensure a unified and effective go-to-market strategy.
Performance Analytics:
Utilize analytics tools and data to assess user behaviour, market trends, and campaign effectiveness.
Provide regular reports and insights to the leadership team, highlighting areas for improvement and growth.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree (engineering) from tier-1 colleges – IIT/NIT/BITS/IIIT
Preferably 3 years of prior experience in areas related user acquisition and user retention strategies in the B2C product space.
Experience in EdTech is a preferred.
Knack for experimentation and leverage this as a tool for data-driven decision-making and business optimization.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, make data-driven decisions and extract actionable insights.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Prior experience of working with tools for Marketing Automation (Eg. Webengage/CleverTap/Moengage), Marketing Analytics (Eg. Google Analytics/Clarity/Hotjar), A/B Testing, Sales CRM
