The Sr. Manager - L&D plays a critical role in helping LEAD School achieve its mission of touching the lives of 26 million children by 2028. We are looking for people who are passionate about working in a growth-oriented organization and are inspired by the idea of taking excellent education to the identified communities.
Principal Accountabilities:
● Support in executing the capability roadmap drawn for the Expansion – Growth & Base business
(CSM) teams, in line with LEAD School’s mission and strategic priorities.
● Identifying Functional Sales Capability competencies for the field-force across levels (From ZCEOs, RH, Sr. RH to AMs)
● Working closely with teams to understand their training requirements. Adept doing a Training
Needs Analysis and designing and creating relevant and appropriate training content to meet the
capability gaps
● Responsible for Coordination and supporting deployment of training programs for the Expansion
& CSM teams.
● Measuring outcomes and effectiveness of the training programs through Lead & Lag measures
● Scouting and partnering with external partners/ vendors, wherever required for training content
development, assessment & development centers
Qualifications:
● 10-12 years of overall experience, out of which 5 years need to be in B2B Sales/ Solution Sales and the remaining 4-5 years in Training/ L & D including Content Development.
● Hands-on Experience of supporting the learning requirements of a Sales team
● Possesses honesty, integrity, strong work ethics and team skills
● Strong problem solving and verbal and written communication abilities
● Thrives in uncertainty and can work in an environment that encourages new ideas and new ways of doing things, has Deliverables as the prime focus
● Experience of managing multiple stakeholders and collaborating with large and diverse teams.
● Proven ability to meet deadlines in a high-paced deadline driven work environment
